Where to use vaccumm dryset?
It can connect to dryclean pressing machine to removing the
moisture of the press pipeline.
How to install a vacuum dryset?
The steam vacuum valve is usually located on the left side of the
press.
Connect the steam valve to a vacuum valve and vacuum barrel with
2”pipe. A loose union as near the valve as possible will aid in
serving the valve when required.
If the vacuum unit is servicing more than one press, check the
manufacturers’ recommendations for the number of the presses and
pipe sizes. The vacuum barrel should provide a minimum of 2.8
inches of the mercury of vacuum for press per operation.
The steam vacuum valve should be connected with 2” pipe to a 3/4 HP
vacuum barrel. Elbows should be avoided as they will restrict steam
flaw and reduce vacuum. The discharge end, or tank inlet, should be
pitched at least 3” lower than the vacuum valve. The vacuum barrel
should have inlet and outlet. Depending upon usage, the tank will
have to be drained one time at least daily.
A proportionally larger discharge tank and a common vacuum line can
be used for several pressed providing.
